Most price-match requests end up at our published bulk tiers. The lower price you found often isn't lower once you compare the delivered total for your full quantity. When it is, we'll match it on qualifying requests.

Will you always match?
On the same new edition from another bulk bookseller or distributor, usually yes. Retail clearance sales and pricing errors are the exception; when we can't match, we'll say so quickly and show you our best price.
Can I send an Amazon link?
Yes. Send the link for new copies sold by Amazon itself, in the same edition and format, at your quantity, and we'll compare the delivered total. Clearance prices, Prime or other membership pricing and marketplace sellers can't be matched, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
What do I need to send?
The link to the page with the lower price, the book and how many copies you need. Their price per copy and your need-by date are optional, but they help us reply faster.
How fast will I hear back?
Your specialist replies personally within one business day, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm PT. Requests sent over a weekend are answered the next business day.
Does shipping count in the comparison?
Yes. We compare the delivered total on both sides: the price per copy plus shipping and fees. Free shipping works great on most BookPal orders over $95 in the contiguous US, with an estimated 7–10 business days on ground.
Can I still pay by purchase order or order tax-exempt?
Yes. A price-matched quote is a normal BookPal quote. Pay by card, purchase order or invoice, and send a tax-exemption certificate if your organization has one.
